All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse in Ontario, Canada.
US & Canada Orders
Please allow 7-10 business days for your product to arrive (US & Canada orders).
Currently, we do not ship internationally.
We use the following carriers to ship your order: UPS, FedEx & Purolator.
Delays & Parcel Loss
We can not be responsible for any delays that may occur once an order is shipped. Pandemics, strikes, inclement weather, holiday season delays, we’ve seen it all and it sucks but, it is completely out of our control.
We are not responsible for any orders that claim to have been delivered by the shipping service provider.
Please wait a few extra days before contacting us, as we have experienced customers that have been informed that their item was delivered, only for it to take another day or two to arrive. If after a few days you still believe your product is missing, please open a claim with your shipping provider and tracking number to locate your package. It is physically impossible for us to find it for you once it has shipped.
Please take the time to double check your address as we cannot update this information once an order has been shipped and are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address.
Returned to Sender
If an order is returned to us due to not being claimed by the buyer or, an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship your product.
