These heavy-duty sandbags are available with max fill capacities of 50LB, 100LB, and 150LB. Each sandbag has a built-in liner to keep the filler material in your bag—where it belongs. The bags are able to withstand drops, but aren’t designed to be slammed.
Our Strongman Sandbags can be filled and emptied anytime and anywhere, making them the ideal piece of equipment to take on the go. And since you can fill them as much or as little as you like, our sandbags will suit the super-beginner as well as the seasoned athlete.

- Each bag is made with 1050D MIL Spec Cordura. Cordura brand fabric is recognized for its long-lasting durability and resistance to abrasions, tears and scuffs. It’ll hold up to even your toughest workouts.
- The Strongman Sandbag has a built-in inner liner, keeping your filler material inside the bag.
- The sandbags are made with a YKK zipper—the most reliable and durable zipper on the market today.
- The bags come in three sizes and have max fill capacities of 50LB, 100LB, and 150LB.
- We recommend you use the sandbags on rubber and/or non-abrasive surfaces.
Please Note: Loadable weight of the bag depends on the type of filler media being used. Certain media may cause the overall weight of the bag to be greater than or less than projected weight capacity. Filler material is not included.

I purchased this sandbag after a recommendation from a friend and I’m so happy with it! The material is incredibly thick with strong zippers so I’m not worried about the sand spilling out everywhere. I was able to add less sand to start and train with a lighter weight until I felt like I could add more. It’s been thrown around a ton already and is still in great shape.
